A portable Bluetooth speaker in a plywood box I designed. It's about 58 × 19 × 19 cm and painted black. Each side has a 4-inch woofer and a tweeter with its own passive crossover, and each end panel has a passive radiator for more bass.
A Class-D Bluetooth amplifier board drives everything. It runs off a 12 V, 12 Ah LiFePO₄ battery with a charger, and there's a handle bolted through the top.
Before cutting any wood I modelled the enclosure in CadQuery. It has separate chambers for the left and right speakers and a bay for the electronics, and I exported the panel outlines to use as cutting templates.
